Role Summary

We are hiring an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. This is a hands-on IC role requiring strong direct sourcing skills, effective screening, structured evaluation, and timely closure of multiple positions. The role involves close coordination with hiring managers, candidate engagement, and maintaining accurate recruitment MIS.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions.
Understand manpower needs and create hiring plans.
Drive direct sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Reduce dependence on recruitment consultants.
Conduct screening calls and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain interview scorecards and documentation.

Onboarding & Pre-Joining

Manage documentation, induction planning, and system access setup.
Ensure strong candidate engagement from offer acceptance till joining.
Deliver seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Employer Branding

Improve job visibility on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
Support branding initiatives and social media hiring campaigns.

Recruitment MIS & Reporting

Track hiring metrics (TAT, funnel metrics, source effectiveness).
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership.
Recommend process improvements for faster closures.

Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure adherence to hiring policies and statutory norms.
Maintain updated recruitment documents and candidate records.
