Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic recruiter with around 5 years of experience, preferably from a consultancy/staffing background, who has strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple client requirements across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
  • Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, references, and other channels
  • Perform Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify quality candidates
  • Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure closures
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for future hiring needs
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of recruitment activities

Key Skills Required:
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting
  • Hands-on experience with Boolean search, Xray searches and job portals
  • Good understanding of ATS like Keka, Zoho Hire etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills

Preferred Background:
  • Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
  • Exposure to hiring across industries like BPO, Manufacturing, Gems & Jewellery, etc.  

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
